with following description:

The convert task is reporting for each single design element which gets replaced the Design name, database title and template name.
28.05.2010 11:07:56 Updating 'NotesMailOutlineH' into database 'ACME user' from template 'StdR85Mail'

During a huge migration this unnecessarily fills up the console.log and real error messages are hardly to filter.

Customer requests a notes.ini parameter and/or (n)convert.exe option to control the verboseness of the error messages.
'He wish to diable the info messages and receives only warnings.

Sufficient would be:
28.05.2010 11:07:56 Mail Convert: Started replacing design template '%s' with '%s' in ' %s'
or any "real error" could come here!
28.05.2010 11:07:56 Mail Convert: Finished replacing design template in '%s'
28.05.2010 11:07:59 Mail Conversion Utility shutdown
